who are responsible to accommodate a room by themselves. (Due to
not having family rooms). |
| CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of less than 3 days
notice, and non-arrivals will be charged the equivalent to one
night's accommodation at the rate at which the reservation was made. |
| PAYMENT/DEPOSITS -
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Cheques made payable to
'Hudsons'. There is a 3% charge on a credit card transaction. |
| ARRIVAL

| DEPARTURE -
Please vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure. |
